- Review with Powers of 10 and representing/interpreting very large and very small numbers

- Checked stock simulation to manage stocks 

Independent Tasks

- Practice with writing numbers in standard form (click for direct access)

- Continue keeping an eye out for stock updates (check the news/stock trends)


Literacy

- Read their novels for reading comprehension unit

- Completed noun worksheet package

Independent Tasks

- Complete pages 4 and 5 of reading comprehension package

- Read required pages of novel (if you didn't get a chance to read today)



Phys - Ed 

- Continued fitness unit (2.5 laps around school grounds)

- Discussed the importance of engaging in activities that increase stamina and endurance 

Independent Tasks

- Take a light walk or jog in your community to build endurance and stamina
