*OVERDUE LIBRARY BOOKS

- If you have not returned your overdue library book, please ensure you bring it to school as soon as possible 

*GRAD INFO: 

- A grad information letter was sent home last week. Please read, sign and return as soon as possible

- Grade 8's please complete the dessert survey on Mr. Carr's google classroom ASAP (click for direct access)

- Purple grad tickets were distributed last week. Please ensure you bring them to the ceremony on Monday

*Sexual Health and Development letters were sent home. Please read, sign and return only if you are exempting your child from the lessons. (CLICK for direct access)

*REMINDER: Phone usage is not permitted in the classroom or during school hours. Over the past few weeks we've seen an increase in phone usage. Please note, it will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day.

- Students started their coding assignment using Microbits

- Worked on their Monologue task for drama 

- Grade 8's completed their end-of-year video with the other grade 8 classes. They also had a joint health lesson 

- Grade 7's had conversations surrounding consent and healthy reactions to rejection within friendly and romantic relationships

Science

- Groups continued researching and brainstorming ideas for their city
