Math: Algebraic Expressions 

- Continued learning surrounding simplifying and evaluating algebraic expressions in every day situations (ex. using algebraic expressions to calculate cost)

Independent Tasks


1. Friendly task: Adding Binomials Self Checking Worksheet 
2. Moderate Task: Adding and Subtracting Monomials (questions 16-19)
3. Enrichment Task: Math up Questions


**You are encouraged to take 15 minutes each evening to review the summary notes and add any missed concepts to your math journals/notebooks

Literacy: Biographies

-  Students used their last in class period to make final edits to their biographies 

- Used feedback from peer editing checklist to make revisions

- Students conducted an inquiry lab to explore the viscosity of different liquids and how that impacts their flow rate
