Literacy: Communities in Canada Culminating

- Students continued working on their culminating project that requires them to research the contributions and experiences about a community in Canada (can be their own or a community of interest)

Independent Tasks

Research Graphic Organizer (you will have all our literacy blocks this week to complete)

- Start collecting primary data by asking your parents/guardians, family members about their experiences in Canada and migration journey (if applicable) 

Science: Volume by Displacement

- Students were introduced to the concept of finding an object's volume by measuring the amount of water it displaces

Independent Tasks

- Read the Volume by Displacement document to prepare for tomorrow's lesson
